Collectors Club Restaurant
At the Collectors Club, members are treated to a fine dining experience with tableside service in our comfortable lounge, dining room or patio. The bounty of several South Florida farms and producers are incorporated into the menu, which includes a range of starters such as Steak Tartare, Charred Spring Rolls with Yuzu, and a Pickled Farm Vegetable Plate with Artisanal Cheese. Fresh sushi, salads and sandwiches may also be ordered, along with entrees such as Sea to Table’s Catch of the Day, Churrasco steaks, Maine Lobster and Local Sweet Corn Risotto. Other highlights include an extensive specialty cocktail list, late night fare and final weekend brunch specials.
