MIAMI-The Miami Open presented by Itau announced a partial playing schedule for the first week of the tournament.
Olympic Gold medalist Monica Puig will play the featured evening match on Wednesday, March 22 (Session 4).
Kicking off the weekend, Rafael Nadal will play Friday afternoon (Session 7).
Coming off his amazing performance at Indian Wells where he won his record fifth Paribas Open Title, Roger Federer will play his first match at the Miami Open on Saturday afternoon (Session 9). Argentine Juan Martin Del Potro will take the court Saturday night (Session 10).
The 2017 Miami Open player field features a combined 10 Grand Slam singles champions including Roger Federer, who claimed his 18th major title at this year’s Australian Open, 14-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal, seven-time Grand Slam champion Venus Williams, and three-time Grand Slam champion Stan Wawrinka, two-time Grand Slam winner Angelique Kerber and former US Open champion Juan Martin del Potro.

Qualifying rounds will be played March 20-21 and will determine 12 additional slots in each singles draw. The Miami Open will also award wildcards to five men and eight women.
