THE NINE THINGS YOU NEED TO DO WHEN VISITING THE MIAMI OPEN
Head to the top of stadium court. The panoramic views are amazing, especially at sunset, and you can see all the way to downtown Miami.
Grab a Cubano sandwich. Miami is known for Cuban influences on its culture and food. The best part is that you don’t even have to leave the grounds to find an authentic Cubano. Check out Latin Café for a flavorful meal on the patio.
Try Miami Open’s signature drink. It’s called The Serve, and it features a refreshing mix of Grey Goose vodka, mint, strawberries, lemon and soda. Find it in special limited-edition goblets at the Grey Goose Lounge.
Catch your favorite players at an autograph session. Many players will be hosting short autograph sessions around the grounds. Check our Twitter feed throughout the tournament to find out if or when your favorite player is scheduled to appear.
Selfie at the gates. The Miami Open gates are a perfect backdrop for a selfie with your friends or family. Don’t forget to upload it using the hashtag #iPlayMiami!
Kick back and relax. If you need a break from the stands, find a couch and relax in our outdoor lounge area. And don’t worry, there’s a giant TV so you won’t miss any of the on-court action.
Check out a practice court. Players rotate in and out of the practice courts frequently during the two-week tournament. You never know who you’ll catch working out.
Pull a day-night double-header. Stake your claim as one of tennis’s most dedicated fans by attending both a day and a night session on the same day. Bonus: there’s plenty to do on the grounds to keep yourself entertained throughout the day.
